Our student teams have worked hard all year to develop their capstone applications and it all comes down to this - One event, and many applications that will change the way we learn, hire, cook, shop, travel and play.

We invite all our industry partners, media contacts, faculty, friends and family to join us on site, or online. Kindly RSVP in advance. There is no cost to attend this event.

April 24 - Schedule of Events
12:30pm
Students setup their booths and presentations in the Sanctuary, Student Life Centre.
1:30pm
Event Begins - Trade Show . Our guests arrive and spend some time meeting our student teams and looking into their projects.
Game Demos - During the Trade Show, some of our third years teams will display some fun, final projects from our Simulation and Game Development course.
2:30pm
Project Presentations - The teams present their Capstone Projects to the Industry Panel and audience.
4:30pm
Industry Panel Judging - The panel reviews their scoring and the Best of Show award winning team is selected.

1) Where can we park?
- Guests for SET Project Day are invited to park for free throughout April 24th in lots 1 - 4.
2) What is the Sanctuary?
- Conestoga Students Inc. (CSI) maintains The Sanctuary as a multi-functional space that serves every kind of social gathering purpose for students here at Conestoga.

3) What's the best way to get to The Sanctuary on Project Day?
- On our main access road, you'll see that we have several main doors numbered. Door #3 is the closest to the Sanctuary. If you are parking in lots 1 through 4, you could also walk down between the Woodworking building and the A-Wing and enter The Sanctuary from the patio entrance.
Once you get inside, you'll see our signage for the event directing you right to where you need to be.
4) Are there any maps showing us where the parking lots are?
- Yes indeed! Please look below for the diagram you need.
5) May we bring our associates and colleagues to the event?
- By all means, please do! If it is possible for all those attending to RSVP here at this site, it would be great... this is how we plan out the number of refreshments and seating arrangements, for example. Otherwise, we're open to all for this exciting event!
